History/Company Structure
Quest Information Systems Limited was founded over 20 years ago by Garry Park, a specialist in IT development with vast experience in banking and legal systems. He is the Managing Director and sole owner. His co-Director and co-founder, Maxine Park is a qualified solicitor previously practising in Commercial Litigation and a partner in a Holborn based practice with first hand experience both as a fee earner and a partner involved in management of a practice.
Together the two Directors developed the DictateNow software and outsourcing systems which have proved to be hugely successful. The software has been designed ‘by lawyers for lawyers’ who fully understand and appreciate the necessity and demands for a business to provide a cost effective quality service for clients and the DictateNow software provides a solution for transcriptions which meets these demands.
The DictateNow software created by our in house IT team is fully supported by the IT Support team and has been enhanced and expanded to incorporate other industries and markets.
Over the last 3 years, as part of our expansion and commitment to provide local support, DictateNow has 3 regional office established in Glasgow, Belfast and Manchester.
